Ask a 3-year old how to cook a turkey, and you will get these kinds of answers.

Take a 3 pound turkey and put some sprinkles inside. Mommy cooks the turkey. She cooks it for a long time and she puts it right.

Take a 2 pound and 5 fingered size turkey and put some chicken and macaroni inside with butter on top. Cook it in microwave for 2 weeks.

Take a 7 pound turkey, put some chicken and some bacon inside with some sprinkles on top. Ms Amy will cook the turkey in big oven at very hot for 3 more minutes.

Take a 1 pound turkey, put some apples and bananas inside with some grapes on top. Mommy will cook it in oven at very hot for maybe 2 minutes.

Take an 8 pound turkey, put some candy and some turkey inside with sparkles on top. Momma will cook it in the kitchen for 8 minutes.

I’m going to take our 3 pound turkey and make a pet. I’ll keep it in my room and feed it corncobs.

These are good enough for more, just click to continue.

How to cook a turkey (by pre-schoolers)

November 15, 2007 · No Comments

The congregation I serve operates a nursery school.  A November tradition is to ask the children questions about how to cook a turkey for the Thanksgiving meal.  The responses of the 4-year olds are here …

Take a 10,000 pound turkey and put some candy and a fluff sandwich inside with strawberry jelly on top.  Daddy will cook it in the oven at 10 degrees for 40 minutes.

Take a turkey (as wide as her arms), put rice and ham inside with some pepperoni on top.  Mommy will cook it in the oven really hot for 20 minutes.

Take a 10 pound turkey, put some salt and pepper inside with pepperoni and tomato sauce on top.  Mom will cook it in the oven at 6 degrees for 8 minutes.

It is worth continuing to read these, so click on!
